CREG announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire TORCHx on April 23, 2019.
The acquisition of TORCHx follows CREG’s recent acquisition of Mortgage Builder in April and marks the second in 2019 and 13th in its portfolio of businesses, strengthening CREG’s comprehensive suite of technology solutions for the real estate and mortgage industries.
